Q: How does your mail system work?

A: Easy, we handle everything: artwork development, research of your territory, printing, addressing and mailing. All you have to do is give us the zip codes of the areas you would like to market into and we do the rest.

Q: Do I get to choose where the mailers go?

A: Yes. You give us the zip codes; those are the only areas that will be targeted.

Q: Do I have to go with your recommendations on areas and quantities?

A: No, absolutely not. Our research is based on years of experience in helping companies like yours get the most out of your mail programs. However, the customer is king. If you would like to alter the territories or lower the mailing quantity, we will be glad to customize our system to meet your needs. After all, no one knows your business like you do.

Q: Do I have to use one of your mail pieces or can I use one of my own?

A: We would be happy to print and mail anything you would like. We are here for you. Keep in mind, though, that our mailers have been market researched and have a proven, successful track record.

Q: Can I choose my own mail dates?

A: Yes. All of our customers choose their own mail dates. We may make recommendations but, ultimately, the decision is yours.

Q: Can I choose my own discount amount?

A: Yes. We will print any discount you would like.

Q: Can I get references?


A: Yes. We will be happy to supply a list of references upon request. Be sure to read our customers' testimonials as well.

Q: What is the average success rate of your mail system?

A: Our system typically gets 2 to 4 times the national print response rate. Results vary, but most of our customers report greater than expected success.
